YOGA
Hatha yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching. Vinyasa yoga focuses on connecting the breath to your movements, which tend to be set at a faster pace. In a vinyasa practice, you can expect to stay in a constant flow of movements.
REIKI
Offerings In-person
Reiki healing is a safe, non-invasive form of healing that everyone can benefit from. This Japanese technique reduces stress and provides relaxation that also promotes healing. Sound healing and gemstone therapy will be incorporated. Reiki also helps to calm the mind, emotions and increases concentration.

Thai Yoga Body Work

Different from traditional western massage, Thai massage is energizing + a powerful blend of acupressure, energy balancing, stretching and yoga poses. This fully clothed massage can be adapted to serve all bodies and is also known as “Lazy Man’s Yoga”. Thai Massage provides a full body massage that works on the muscles, ligaments, nerves, joints + internal organs to create a feeling of deep relaxation. Prenatal Thai Massage is available as well.

Sound Healing

Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice for healing, relaxation, and self-care. A sound healing session involves lying down in a cozy and comfortable setting, closing our eyes, and focusing on sounds made by music instruments like chimes, gongs, and singing bowls. Sound vibrations have a pretty powerful effect on our minds and bodies.
